Beginners Course

Want to learn yoga but don’t have the time to make a class each day? Try our Beginner’s Courses which are run over a period of 6 or 12 weekswith attendance once or twice a week. Starting from the very fundamentals, you will move concisely and slowly through the Astanga practice. This course is suitable for all ages and no previous yoga experience is required.
