Summer Yoga Timetable

The weekly yoga timetable has been colour coded to show the different class types and courses. Below is a guide to help you use the timetable:

DROP IN CLASSES:
Mysore: Yoga experience is needed
Guided Astanga: For all levels of yoga exprience
Rejuvenate / Guided Vinyasa: a slower paced class for all levels

SCHEDULED COURSES: (Colour coded by course days)
Kickstart Course: The quickest route to help build a regular yoga practice. No previous experience needed.
Beginners Course: Choose a one day or two day a week option to gradually build a regular yoga practice.

Class Etiquette:

Please arrive 10 mins prior to beginning of class or course to organise any admin required and be in the room for class beginning. Showering before class is advised to clean the pores of the skin from dirt, makeup, perfume and allow the bodies natural minerals and salts to sweat into a light film benefiting the skin.

The practice of Astanga yoga is an ancient and powerful discipline for cultivating physical, mental and spiritual growth. Progressive techniques of breath, posture and movement, cleanse, stretch and strengthen the body. It focuses and calms the mind, and a deeper experience of the self becomes possible through consistent practice

Yoga Memberships:

No membership extensions are given unless the you specify at the time of purchase, for example an extended holiday. On six month and one year memberships no extensions are given unless you were away for over 6 weeks at one time. We will offer extentions for sickness if you are unwell for a period of one week or more.
