Samudra Booking & Cancellation Policy - Retreats

At Samudra, we are so committed to providing you with an extraordinary experience that we guarantee the quality of our service. We value the relationship we have with each guest and want it to be mutually rewarding and last a lifetime.

Retreat Booking Policy:

To confirm your reservation you must pay 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to retreat start date. If your reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date then the full payment is required.

Retreat Cancellation Policy:

If a student wishes to withdraw from a retreat less that 8 weeks prior to the commencement then the deposit is non-refundable. If the student withdraws 28 days or more prior to the commencement of the course then they will just lose their deposit and 25% of course fee balance. If the student withdraws 8-28 days prior to the commencement of the course then they will receive 50% of the course fee balance. There is no refund for canceling within one week of the start date or for arriving late or leaving a Samudra retreat early. If Samudra must cancel a retreat then all payments to date will be fully refunded. Samudra is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips.

Packages and Events Cancellation Policy:

If a student wishes to withdraw from a package or event less that 1 weeks prior to the commencement then the full amount is non-refundable. A credit may be given at the discretion of Samudra given the individual circumstances.  From 1 - 4 weeks out a credit of 50% deposit will be given. If the student withdraws more than 4 weeks prior to commencement date, they will be fully refunded in most circumstances, unless otherwise specified for particular events. There is no refund for leaving a Samudra Package or Event early or for activities not participated. If Samudra must cancel a package or event, then all payments to date will be fully refunded. Samudra is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips.
