Samudra Booking & Cancellation Policy - Retreats
At Samudra, we are so committed to providing you with an extraordinary experience that we guarantee the quality of our service. We value the relationship we have with each guest and want it to be mutually rewarding and last a lifetime.
Retreat Booking Policy:
Weekend retreats: To confirm your reservation you must pay the full balance of the retreat. Without payment we cannot hold your reservation.
5 day+ retreats: To confirm your reservation you must pay 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to retreat start date. If your reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date then the full payment is required.

To confirm your reservation you must pay the full amount 1 week prior to the commencement date. A 50% deposit may be requested upon booking.
Packages and Events Cancellation Policy:
If a student wishes to withdraw from a package or event less that 1 weeks prior to the commencement then the full amount is non-refundable. A credit may be given at the discretion of Samudra given the individual circumstances. From 1 - 4 weeks out a credit of 50% deposit will be given. If the student withdraws more than 4 weeks prior to commencement date, they will be fully refunded in most circumstances, unless otherwise specified for particular events. There is no refund for leaving a Samudra Package or Event early or for activities not participated. If Samudra must cancel a package or event, then all payments to date will be fully refunded. Samudra is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips.
