Our women's yoga retreats provide the time and space for reflection, connection and growth, and ensure you return home feeling rejuvenated and inspired.
Over the course of the weekend you will learn about nutrient rich foods, take part in smoothie & living food demos, learn all about yoga and meditation to calm the mind.
Ashtanga Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Meditation Sessions:
The practice of Ashtanga yoga is an ancient and powerful discipline for cultivating physical, mental and spiritual growth. Progressive techniques of breath, posture and movement, cleanse, stretch and strengthen the body. It focuses and calms the mind, and a deeper experience of the self becomes possible through consistent practice.
What are the benefits of yoga?

We begin Ashtanga yoga by learning the primary series. This series is designed in a progressive sequence to allow the body to open and find the strength and flexibility in each posture so that it is ready for the next one. Remember it has taken many years to get your body to the condition it is now, so it may take a while to open and undo many years of tightening. Learning patience, self-acceptance and compassion, is a huge component of the practice. The slower the better!
We want to be able to practice for the rest of our lives, and once you learn the practice it is yours forever to take anywhere you go, so there is no rush!

Nourish your body with freshly prepared vegetarian & raw food by our dedicated chef. Learn about nutrition, engage in smoothie demonstrations and food preparation classes to complete your life-changing package.
