Live Food Menu

We believe in eating good grub that's live and organic. From the salt to salad, coffee to curry, all our ingredients in all our meals and drinks are organic and prepared with love. Thoughtfully constructed to enhance nutritional benefit, it's all packed with vitamins, essential elements, energy and antioxidants and guaranteed NOT to have been battered by processing or synthetic chemicals, pesticides, additives or preservatives.

'Live' means uncooked therefore preserving the nutritional value for jammed packed vitality and ease of digestion. We source or hand-pick from farms as close as home as possible. Thankfully the southwest has most of what's on our menu. Much of the salad and herbs are grabbed from Samudra's on-site biodynamic produce garden.

And how come it's so complimentary with yoga? Food like this helps you feel light, clear, healthy and happy.
